How to make a pathway

eNanoMapper tutorial: How to make a pathway

For nanosafety research, knowledge on biological pathways is expected to help the community with analysis and interpretation of omics data. Building of new pathways and annotation of existing pathways can benefit nanosafety research, since a subset of relevant curated pathways could be useful for more targeted risk analysis purposes.

AffyQC web tool

AffyQC web tool of for quality control and pre-processing of Affymetrix microarray data is an open source, free to use online platform for analysis of microarray data - and an alternative program for Chipster (tutorial also available). ArrayAnalysis is a webtool, so there is no need for download or access code, and it provides more extensive quality control than Chipster but it is limited to two microarray formats: Affymetrix and Illumina.
