Currently, the scores and the data to support answering the scientific questions are limited by the limited amount of data exchange in the cluster and because of lack of high-quality annotation. With better annotation, it will give more precise answers.

The experimental data in the public datasets is usually not in a form appropriate for modelling. Standardisation in these sources is specific to each database.
